Who is Yesim Yuva
Yesim Yuva is the founder of Yuva Yoga, a video on demand platform with yoga and guided meditation videos to listen and practice from wherever you are. She is a dedicated international yoga teacher based in London.
Yesim is certified in Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi (DY LOAY) 500-hour by Sri Dharma Mittra Yoga Center in New York. She is teaching classes in studios, private sessions, for events and online worldwide. To deepen the practice and knowledge of yoga she offers workshops and retreats all over the globe.
Yesim’s yoga style is a mixture of Vinyasa and Hatha having its roots in classical Raja Yoga. The content of her classes is primarily based on connecting with one’s higher self and is rounded off with related breathing techniques and meditation exercises. She offers classes in English and German.
