BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Yesim Yuva recommends that you consult your physician regarding the applicability of any recommendations and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program. When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.
I’M A TOTAL BEGINNER, WHERE SHOULD I START?
If you are brand new to yoga, you might want to start with the Yoga for Beginners series. You can find the series HERE. There are also many other sessions on the platform that you can practice as a beginner for all kinds of needs - Gentle Yoga, Stretch & Relax, Seated Yoga, Yoga for Back Pain, Total Body Yoga etc., just to name a few.
I CAN’T ATTEND THE LIVE CLASSES - DO I MISS OUT ANYTHING?
Every single live class will be recorded and you can find all of them a few days later on YYL.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Access to live classes + their recordings and regular released videos every week + access to a large library of classes that expands weekly.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY LIVE CLASSES?
You can attend all live classes via the Zoom link provided via email after you purchase your membership. You can view all classes in the Live Class Library HERE.
CAN I BOOK LIVE CLASSES WITHOUT BEING A MEMBER?
Yes, you can absolutely. HERE you can book the live classes separately via Eversports and you will be provided with the zoom link.
DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT TO TAKE A CLASS?
We recommend a yoga mat and some comfortable clothes, that’s it. HERE you find a video with some tips before you start your yoga class.
I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION, AM PREGNANT OR NEWLY POSTPARTUM. IS YUVA YOGA SUITABLE FOR ME?
Please check with your doctor before taking part in any new workouts, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant / newly postpartum. Listen to your body. If something doesn’t feel right, stop and contact your physician.

ANNUAL (€99,00/ year) - Save 30%. Provides unlimited access to our library with various Yoga classes and Guided Meditations plus access to live classes. Billed annually. 1 year commitment.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY 7 DAY FREE TRIAL?
If you want to go on as a YUVA YOGA member, you don’t need to do anything and your membership starts automatically with the package you have chosen (monthly or annually). If you choose not be a YUVA YOGA member during your trial, you can easily cancel HERE.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE CLASSES?

HOW DO I PURCHASE CLASSES?

HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

CAN I SHARE MY ACCOUNT WITH A FRIEND?
No, sorry! Our policy is strictly one user per account. You can only log in to 3 different devices with the same log in credentials, and we check IP addresses to make sure only one user uses the account. Failure to comply to the rules of one user per account will unfortunately get you banned from using our services.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your On Demand account. Click HERE to sign into your account & HERE to manage your subscription. Any questions or concerns, email info@yesimyuva.com.
PAYMENT
Our website uses Stripe and PayPal to process payments. We can accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
