- all live classes are included in your Yuva Yoga membership, you will receive the zoom link via email after registration, please keep your welcome email 

- all live classes will be recorded and uploaded to the library

- if you are not a member, you can join the classes as well and book them easily here via Eversports 

- the time shown on the schedule is CET for Germany, Belgium, France etc.

- if you are joining the live classes from the UK (BST) the classes start always one hour before
